Rick Krause graduated from Drake University in 1982 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration, having majored in Marketing. Since 1988 Rick has developed an impressive real estate investment portfolio. Currently Rick has an equity interest in both office and retail properties. This gives him a unique perspective in real estate investment sales as well as leasing. Rick’s major areas of focus include the brokering of income producing property and tenant representation. When you as an investor are looking for ways to diversify your portfolio with income producing real estate, or liquidating these types of assets we can help you. If you have a business that needs to lease commercial real estate whether it be office, retail, warehouse or industrial space, Rick will help you find the space that fits your needs and help you negotiate a lease.
