Brad is a life long resident of the Des Moines area has been in the commercial real estate business for over 22 years.  As the Property Services and Facilities Manager for Iowa Realty and Iowa Realty Commercial, Brad has been responsible for the management of over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial office, industrial and retail properties along with the management and brokerage support services for all Iowa Realty, First Realty and Iowa Title offices throughout Iowa.

Brad’s understanding of the local market along with his professional approach to property management servicing and tenant retention have allowed Iowa Realty and its affiliates to continue to grow their business while maintaining the highest standards of professional achievement.  It is Brad’s philosophy that enhancing the value of the client’s assets is the number one priority when servicing the needs of the owners that he works with and for.
