Jason Reels has been involved in the real estate industry for over 20 years, 12 years in California as an Escrow Officer; and 7 years in the Greater Des Moines Area, Servicing Commercial Loans and investing in Real Estate, Jason’s expertise in Customer Service allows him to excel as a Commercial Real Estate Agent.  Through personal Investments, being an Escrow Officer and his CMBS experience he has extensive knowledge when it comes to selling or leasing commercial Real Estate, along with the loan assumption process of the CMBS market, with additional experience in the defeasance process of CMBS loans.
