Blake Brown
Blake Brown joined Executive Real Estate Services in 2002, after graduating from Des Moines Area Community College. He progressed through many roles within the company. Blake began as a Commercial Property Manager, successfully managing over 1.5 million square feet of commercial space for ERS. In 2003, he obtained his real estate salesperson license and was then promoted to Leasing Manager. In 2006, Blake received his broker license and was promoted to Broker of Record for ERS. In 2008, Blake was promoted to Managing Director. Blake was responsible for overseeing the acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial property and managing the ERS brokerage team. Blake is now employed with Iowa Realty Commercial as a broker associate and will continue to develop his real estate career and awareness of the commercial real estate market.
Blake’s experience has given him extensive knowledge of all property and transaction types. Furthermore, he has completed multiple leasing and sales transactions as a tenant/buyer and landlord/seller representative. Blake's hands-on experience includes marketing suburban office, retail centers and land developments, as well as the sale of investment product.
