John R. Knapp

John has spent much of his career in various aspects of the real estate industry prior to joining Iowa Realty Commercial. He combines his knowledge of commercial real estate sales with his expertise as a former corporate real estate director in charge of site selection, acquisition, permitting, and construction.

As a former director of real estate construction and facilities, and property management, John completed transactions in 26 states. He has sold operating convenience stores, developed his site selection expertise for retail industry, as well as gained an in-depth knowledge of the Des Moines Metro Market.
