B.J.  Connolly, III

B.J. Connolly, III, has a strong background in financial knowledge, which allows him to assist buyers or tenants in their financial planning for purchasing or leasing of property. Because of his political science studies at the University of Iowa, he has a global visualization of economy and how that perspective affects our local markets.

Born and raised in Des Moines, B.J. has been surrounded by people involved in real estate. He has always had a sensitivity and interest in real estate growth and development in his hometown. As a youth, he was aware of new projects in Des Moines and its suburbs, i.e., urban renewal and downtown revitalization, which he saw progressing even then.


Part of his financial background involved mortgage brokerage (licensed in 8 states and the District of Columbia); banking, Senior Loan Officer, and residential sales. This experience has provided B.J. with a strong knowledge of real estate contracts and market trends.

He was a high volume producer as a Home Loan Consultant, National Builder Division, also honing his background knowledge of builder and new construction mortgages. He worked as a preferred lender in all phases of new construction projects in the Washington, D.C., area. 

B.J. has excellent communication and problem-solving skills, possesses strong analytical thinking and is able to fulfill his mission as a customer advocate. His strong technology skills allow him to better serve his clients efficiently and effectively.
