Kevin offers almost 30 years of Commercial Real Estate experience as a broker, owner, and asset management.   Kevin currently represents a number of local, regional, and national firms throughout the Greater Des Moines area, as well as throughout IOWA.   Kevin enjoys bringing objective representation, creativity and value to the commercial real estate transactions. In today’s challanged Real Estate market Kevin has been a leader in being appointed as a receiver while also consulting to property owners and institutional lenders on property strategies.
